Guns have passed car crashes as the leading cause of death for kids and teenagers. The CDC says over 43-hundred kids died of firearm-related injuries in 2020, probably not surprising since more than 390 million guns are owned by US civilians. In past years, gun-related deaths were second only to car crashes as the leading cause of death among young Americans. Incidents of drug overdoses and poisonings also rose 83.6% between 2019 and 2020, and now are the third leading cause of death in that age group.
Jennifer Grey has a new book out called, “Out of the Corner,” and says her breakup with Matthew Broderick is what inspired Madonna’s 1989 hit song, “Express Yourself.”
Madonna's 63 now and put her LA house on the market for $25.9 million. It's 12-thousand square feet and is on three acres and has nine bathrooms. She bought it for $19.3 million last April.
Netflix has reportedly cancelled a sequel to Will Smith's 2017 action film, “Bright,” and Bloomberg says National Geographic is also putting off production on his upcoming nature series, “Pole to Pole,” in which he visits the North and South poles. Filming was set to begin in three weeks. It's all as a result of his hitting Chris Rock at the Oscars.
Chick-fil-A is bringing back the Spicy Chicken Biscuit which was discontinued in 2016. It'll be available again starting Monday morning.
