Pretty cool moment when the audience was watching the "We Will Rock You" musical at the Kings Theatre in Portsmouth, England, and Queen guitarist BRIAN MAY showed up during the Bohemian Rhapsody finale to do a surprise guitar solo. The theatre's artistic director told the BBC "the audience went absolutely wild."
Even though some states are easing Covid restrictions, the folks in Maryland are hoping that a big-bucks lottery might entice more people to get vaccinated with a booster. Here's how it would work. Governor LARRY HOGAN says they have $2 million dollars which would be split between 12 randomly selected adults who had received an additional vaccine dose. A similar offering last spring and summer gave the state a 73 percent vaccination rate. Unfortunately, less than half of Maryland adults have gotten a booster shot.
