Fast food: Today is National Cheeseburger Day, and a bunch of chains have deals:

How many people are jobless these days? Well, yesterday the Labor Department said about 790-thousand people filed initial jobless claims last week. That's not counting the people already jobless. And, there's already seven states which have exhausted their extra $300 in weekly benefits, while other states are running low. That's down from the $600 benefit that ran out several weeks ago. The seven states are Arizona, Massachusetts, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina and Texas. Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Mexico reportedly have just one or two weeks before they exhaust their extra funding as well.
Ever wonder how many same sex couples live in the US? According to the Census Bureau, in 2019 there were close to 132.8 million married adults age 15+. And the Census Bureau says nearly a million U.S. households are composed of same-sex couples-- 58 percent married and 42 percent unmarried partners. In case you're interested, there's slightly more female couple households than male couple households.
