The PRINCE estate has decided to stream Prince's 1985 concert from the Carrier Dome in Syracuse, NY on YouTube beginning tonight (Thursday) at 8 pm (Eastern). Rolling Stone reports "Prince and the Revolution: Live" will run for three days so you'll have plenty of opportunity to catch the concert, which also featured members of his backup band, The Revolution. Part of the reason for the concert will be that donations are being solicited from viewers for the World Health Organization’s COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fun.
While we're on the subject, Variety says Iceland is easing up on their coronavirus restrictions beginning Friday by offering visitors the option of being tested upon arrival in order to avoid a 14-day quarantine period. Since Iceland is one of the more popular places for filming movies, this could mean Hollywood will be using the country as a to do some of the movies they've been delaying because of COVID-19 fears.
MIKE LOVE told Rolling Stone magazine he's willing to get together with the surviving members of the BEACH BOYS for a 60th anniversary tour. As you probably know, the group split in half after problems with their 50th anniversary tour, and have been touring separately since the breakup in 2012.
A new survey from the folks at Evite shows the average American has actually made six new friends as a result of attending virtual gatherings during quarantine. In the poll of two-thousand Americans, 83 percent of the folks who've made friends over the internet, Zoom, or online, say they're anxious to meet with them in real life and see if they can grow their friendship.
The big reasons to attend one of those social gatherings, according to the poll:
- Feels comfortable doing it 48%
- Can stay in touch with friends and family 44%
- Prioritizing friendships is really important these days 40%
- Able to boost social connections 39%
- Can avoid putting on makeup 31%

Good news for people running strip clubs --or those well-endowed people of both sexes who work in 'em --NBC News reports a federal judge has ruled that they --just like any other workers-- cannot be barred from emergency federal loans and grants.
