Coming!" and their producer, JACK ANTONOFF, adding, "Someday!" It's been 13 years since the group last album.

Ain't happening: CUBA GOODING Jr. was not successful in asking a judge to toss out his New York City groping case. He denies that he grabbed a woman's breast and squeezed it at a bar near Times Square on Jun 09. She said she thought he was intoxicated at the time. The judge said she wanted some time to review both sides' written arguments and didn't want to make a rash decision. But the defense reportedly provided the judge with a copy of security video from the bar from that night which was analyzed by a former New York City police sex crimes detective and who concluded it does *not* show Gooding putting his hand on the accuser's breast. Cuba faces up to a year in jail if convicted. The case will come up Aug 14 now.
