You knew this had to be coming: Hollywood is putting together a TV series based on the college admissions scandal, based on the book, "Accepted," by MELISSA KORN and JENNIFER LEVITZ. No word on who'll be starring in the film in the LORI LOUGHLIN and FELICITY HUFFMAN roles.
PS: This morning's NY Post reports Lori is "more and more confident" she won't be going to jail over the mess.BILLY BUSH reportedly has a new job --nearly three years after that whole scandal in which he interviewed now-PRESIDENT TRUMP in 2005, who admitted to inappropriately touching women and they both laughed about it. The cut was used on "Access Hollywood" and shortly afterward, Bush was fired. Now, he'll be the host of "Extra Extra," a spinoff of the show, "Extra," which will debut in September on FOX stations.
You could be paying more for that German car: German prosecutors have levied a nearly $600-million fine on the folks who make Porsche cars over their neglecting to supervise the company's diesel emissions tests, which led to the cars emitting excessive pollution levels.
The Volkswagon company --which owns both Porsche and Audi-- has already been fined 1 billion euros for management lapses, and another 800 million euros against Audi for both divisions failing to conform to clean air rules and cheating on emissions tests.Actress ANNE HATHAWAY will be getting a well-deserved star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame tomorrow morning (Thursday) at 11:30 (Pacific) in front of the TCL Chinese Theatre. Anne's new film, "The Hustle," with REBEL WILSON, is opening this Friday.
