As you probably know, MADONNA's neighbors at the building she owns an apartment in are upset with her --so much so that they've now filed a lawsuit asking her to pay for the cost of defending themselves from her endless lawsuits.
Three years ago, the condo board passed a rule saying Madonna could not let her children and domestic help (including the nannies) live in the $7.3 million condo unless she was "in residence" at the time. At the time, she sued over the ruling, saying she couldn't possibly be there all the time because she was a "world-renowned recording artist" who was "constantly on world tours" and who "owns many residences around the world."
The NY Post reports the judge in the case wasn't impressed and tossed her suit; Madonna has appealed and now the condo board and her neighbors want her to compensate them for their lawyers fees because of her "seemingly endless litigation."If you were a fan of Toys R Us before their bankruptcy, some good news --they could be coming back.
The company Tru Kids, Inc, said Monday they were trying to revive both the Toys R Us and Babies R Us brands.Nike says it's gonna release that self-lacing smart shoe called "Adapt BB" this Sunday... conveniently the same day as the NBC|A All-Star Game in Charlotte.
