The BBC has unearthed a rare interview with MICHAEL JACKSON and GEORGE HARRISON that took place in 1979 --40 years ago-- and have restored it.
At one point, Michael asks George: "Did you guys always write your own stuff from the beginning?"
George replies: "Well, John and Paul wrote right from before we ever made a record," prompting Michael to ask "How did you manage that?"
"I don't know," said Harrison. "They were clever little fellows."
More of the interview HERE.Great story from Philly.com --a Running Club chased down a guy who stole a laptop computer and cell phone from a University of Pennsylvania building. KYLE CASSIDY, a founding member of the Annenberg (Lunchtime) Running Group, said "If this running club had been put on this Earth for anything, it was that particular moment right there. Running is typically a useless sport where you turn fat cells into heat, but occasionally it can be useful, and here was one of those opportunities."
Once the running club realized what was happening, the members sprinted off after the suspect. Cassidy said it only took them about 30 seconds to catch up, at which point the thief tossed the laptop and cellphone in a yard and kept running --followed by members of the club-- until police showed up to block his path.Universal Pictures is doing a movie based on the book, "The Operator," about the former Navy Seal who killed OSAMA BIN LADEN.
TheWrap reports LORNE MICHAELS' production company will be producing the film.But... it looks like there's been a problem for the sequel of BRAD PITT's "World War Z," with Variety reporting a budget for the film could not be reached and pre-production work has been stopped.
