TARAJI P. HENSON will be getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame this morning at 11:30 am (Pacific) for her large body of work as an actress. JOHN SINGLETON and MARY J. BLIGE --who already have stars on the Walk, will be on hand to help her unveil the star. She'll also be starring in the upcoming film, "What Men Want," which will be released on February 8.
See ya: the movie, "Bohemian Rhapsody," has been removed from the list of nominated movies under consideration for the 30th Annual GLAAD Media Awards as a result of the sexual abuse allegations against director BRYAN SINGER earlier this week.
Of course, the movie is about FREDDIE MERCURY which GLAAD has described as an "LGBTQ icon." The GLAAD Awards do not have a Best Actor or Actress award, so there were no other repercussions for the film --or its cast. Now that MEGHAN MARKLE is the Duchess of Sussex over in Veddy Olde England, will she ever return to the series, "Suits"? AARON KORSH, who created the USA network series, refused to speculate about not just Meghan --but any member of the cast-- returning, telling Deadline "I don't know which of our old original cast will be back and which won't because we're so early in the season," he said. "I can tell you that those things in the papers, I have no idea what they're talking about." In other words, keep guessing.
On the other hand, "Suits" is filmed in Toronto, Canada, which *is* part of the British Commonwealth, so if the final scenes for the show --which will reportedly feature Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht), Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams), Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman), Donna Paulsen (Sarah Rafferty) and Rachel Zane (Meghan Markle) reuniting with their old boss and friend Jessica Pearson (Gina Torres)-- then it's possible Meghan could just bring the hubby (Prince Harry) over for a little visit.
We already know there's already a sequel for "Suits," starring Gina Torres, called, "Pearson." -
