Proving that clowns really ARE scary, MADONNA is doing a one-off concert next week in Miami where she will singer her greatest hits, dressed as a clown. Tickets are $5-thousand dollars apiece and all the money will go to Madonna's Raising Malawi charity for African orphans. JAMES CORDEN will host the event, which is part ofMiami's Art Basel show. Madonna's ex-husband SEAN PENN will be there, along with ARIANA GRANDE, CHRIS ROCK and others. For $150-thousand dollars, you'll get to go to a VIP dinner, and meet Madonna.(Marino)

KARLIE KLOSS is out... KENDALL JENNER is in for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. After a brief break from Instagram, Kendall used her social media account of choice to confirm that she is indeed walking alongside besties GIGI and BELLA HADID in her second Victoria's Secret Fashion show. The show takes place today in Paris and will air December 5th on CBS. The Hollywood Reportersays longtime Victoria's Secret "Angel" KARLIE KLOSS will not be making an appearance this year. (Bartha)

They grow up fast in Canada! Police in Ontario say an 11-year-old boy led them on a high speed chase on a major highway.
Police originally pulled the car over, but the kid took off again. Authorities managed to finally get him to stop and the cops were shocked that the driver was only 11. Sgt. KERRY SCHMIDT said the kid told them he had been playing the Grand Theft Auto video game and wanted to see what it was like to drive a real car.
Thankfully, no one was hurt and the boy was brought back to his parents. (Myers)Holiday shopping:
